Multimedia messaging will be available on the iPhone starting Sept. 25, according to AT&T, the exclusive carrier of the popular smartphone in the United States.

"We’ve been working for the past several months to prepare our systems and network to ensure the best possible experience with MMS when it launches," AT&T said on its Web site. "We know that iPhone users will embrace MMS."

"Embrace" might be an understatement. Users of the iPhone have been waiting patiently for the feature. For years, many phones have had the ability to send photos, videos and audio files along with text messages, which is known as multimedia messaging.

Last spring, Apple said MMS for photos and audio files — but not video — would be among the new features of the iPhone 3.0 software, released in June. AT&T said the feature would be enabled by the end of summer.

In recent weeks, two class-action lawsuits were filed against AT&T and Apple over the delay of MMS. The suits, one filed in a U.S. District Court in Louisiana, the other in a federal district court in Illinois, contend that consumers were misled about MMS availability.

Multimedia messaging will work on both the iPhone 3G, released in 2008, and the iPhone 3GS, which came out in July. Apple says MMS will not work on first-generation iPhones, those released in 2007, because of the phone's hardware.

The iPhone is already one of the most data-intensive smartphones, not only because of Web surfing and e-mail, but because users have tens of thousands of programs, or "apps" they can choose to add to the phone from Apple's App Store.

"The unique capabilities and high usage of the iPhone’s multimedia capabilities required us to work on our network MMS architecture to carry the expected record volumes of MMS traffic and ensure an excellent experience from Day One," said AT&T. "We appreciate your patience as we work toward that end.

Inglourious Basterds is a 2009 film written and directed by Quentin Tarantino and released in August 2009 by The Weinstein Company and Universal Pictures. It was filmed in several locations, among them Germany and France,[3] beginning in October 2008.[4] The film, set in German-occupied France, tells the story of two plots to assassinate the Nazi political leadership, one planned by a young French Jewish cinema proprietress, the other by a team of American soldiers called the "Basterds".

Tarantino has said that despite its being a war film, Inglourious Basterds is a "spaghetti western but with World War II iconography".[5] In addition to spaghetti westerns, the film also pays homage to the World War II "macaroni combat" sub-genre (itself heavily influenced by spaghetti-westerns).

Inglourious Basterds was accepted into the main selection at the 62nd Cannes Film Festival in competition for the prestigious Palme d'Or and had its world premiere there in May.[6] It was the only U.S. film to win an award at Cannes that year, earning a Best Actor award for Christoph Waltz.

Quentin Tarantino’s “Inglourious Basterds” is a big, bold, audacious war movie that will annoy some, startle others and demonstrate once again that he’s the real thing, a director of quixotic delights. For starters (and at this late stage after the premiere in May at Cannes, I don’t believe I’m spoiling anything), he provides World War II with a much-needed alternative ending. For once the basterds get what’s coming to them.

From the title, ripped off from a 1978 B-movie, to the Western sound of the Ennio Morricone opening music to the key location, a movie theater, the film embeds Tarantino’s love of the movies. The deep, rich colors of 35mm film provide tactile pleasure. A character at the beginning and end, not seen in between, brings the story full circle. The “basterds” themselves, savage fighters dropped behind Nazi lines, are an unmistakable nod to the Dirty Dozen.

And above all, there are three iconic characters, drawn broadly and with love: the Hero, the Nazi and the Girl. These three, played by Brad Pitt, Christoph Waltz and Melanie Laurent, are seen with that Tarantino knack of taking a character and making it a Character, definitive, larger than life, approaching satire in its intensity but not — quite — going that far. Let’s say they feel bigger than most of the people we meet in movies.

The story begins in Nazi-occupied France, early in the war, when the cruel, droll Nazi Col. Hans Landa (Waltz) arrives at an isolated dairy farm where he believes the farmer (Denis Menochet) is hiding Jews. He’s right, and a young woman named Shosanna (Melanie Laurent) flees into the woods. It is for this scene, and his performance throughout the movie, that Christoph Waltz deserves an Oscar nomination to go with his best actor award from Cannes. He creates a character unlike any Nazi — indeed, anyone at all — I’ve seen in a movie: evil, sardonic, ironic, mannered, absurd.

The Hero is Brad Pitt, as Lt. Aldo Raine, leader of the Basterds. Tarantino probably wants us to hear “Aldo Ray,” star of countless war films and B pictures. Raine is played by Pitt as a broad caricature of a hard-talking Southern boy who wants each of his men to bring him 100 Nazi scalps. For years, his band improbably survives in France and massacres Nazis, and can turn out in formal eveningwear at a moment’s notice. Pitt’s version of Italian is worthy of a Marx brother.

The Girl is Shosanna, played by Laurent as a curvy siren with red lipstick and, at the film’s end, a slinky red dress. Tarantino photographs her with the absorption of a fetishist, with closeups of shoes, lips, a facial veil and details of body and dress. You can’t tell me he hasn’t seen the work of the Scottish artist Jack Vettriano, and his noir paintings of the cigarette-smoking ladies in red.

Shosanna calculatingly flirts with Frederick Zoller (Daniel Bruhl), a Nazi war hero and now movie star; he persuades Joseph Goebbels to hold the premiere of his new war film in her theater. This sets up a plot that includes Tarantino breaking several rules in order to provide documentary footage about how flammable nitrate film prints are.

A Tarantino film resists categorization. “Inglourious Basterds” is no more about war than “Pulp Fiction” is about — what the hell is it about? Of course nothing in the movie is possible, except that it’s so bloody entertaining. His actors don’t chew the scenery, but they lick it. He’s a master at bringing performances as far as they can go toward iconographic exaggeration.

After I saw “Inglourious Basterds” at Cannes, although I was writing a daily blog, I resisted giving an immediate opinion about it. I knew Tarantino had made a considerable film, but I wanted it to settle, and to see it again. I’m glad I did. Like a lot of real movies, you relish it more the next time. Immediately after “Pulp Fiction” played at Cannes, QT asked me what I thought. “It’s either the best film of the year or the worst film,” I said. I hardly knew what the hell had happened to me. The answer was: the best film. Tarantino films have a way of growing on you. It’s not enough to see them once.

Treacheries committed in the name of art and expiation sought are McEwan's themes at their grandest, but director Joe Wright (Pride & Prejudice) and screenwriter Christopher Hampton (Dangerous Liaisons) are convinced that what a moviegoer wants from a literary adaptation is refinement and good breeding. Their movie is abundantly attractive, every scene serenely composed, and every character so fair in love and war that, when the lights come up, it's too easy to say, ''That was good and sad and romantic and classy, now what's for dinner?'' Turning the last page of McEwan's book, in contrast, you're more likely to be shaking from direct devastation and intensity of experience. Different mediums, different messages, I guess — except that the book-loving and movie-loving me holds fast to the conviction that the right artistic alchemy can indeed turn a great book into a different but equally great movie.

This isn't that. So it falls to composer Dario Marianelli to supply the course-correcting clackety bits that shore up the subtext. It makes sense that the clicks and pings embedded in the melodious musical themes arrive haltingly at first — in imitation of a young typist's mechanical limitations. After all, Briony Tallis (the breathtakingly self-possessed Irish talent Saoirse Ronan, who has porcelain skin and a pitiless blue-eyed stare), a self-serious writer-in-training from a rich, idle English family, is all of 13 years old in 1935 when she creates what she doesn't yet know will remain the most important fiction of her career.

The drama-prone adolescent observes sexual electricity between her glamorous older sister, Cecilia (Keira Knightley, she of the smoky eyes and knife-edge shoulder blades), and Robbie (James McAvoy, he of the utilitarian boyish masculinity), the college-educated son of the family housekeeper, on whom Briony, too, has a crush. And drawing on her own girlish fantasies, sexual naïveté, and artist's dangerous talent for revenge, one night she tells a whopper of a tale accusing Robbie of a crime he didn't commit, a fiction that nevertheless sends him off to jail for years. Knightley and McAvoy don't have much chemistry between them, but they do share handsome, planed features, they speak a richly clipped, 1930s-movie-style English-from-England, and they look positively Abercrombie & Fitchalicious together. So watching Cecilia watching Robbie led away by cops, we can approximately feel her pain.

The very opposite of happily-ever-after enchantment, the story Briony tells ruins lives for decades to come — including that of the storyteller. And as it does, Marianelli's score quickens, increasing the agitated tempo of speed-typing and turning the dingggg that announces a full stop and carriagereturn into a kind of time's-up accusation. Robbie eventually moves from prison to war — he becomes a lovesick soldier in France, one of thousands on the beach at the British retreat from Dunkirk in 1940, in a world where the killing is real, not a fairy tale. Wright stages a tricky, seamless, five-minute-plus single-shot Steadicam tour across that battle-wrecked beach with a gallantry that aims for terrible-majesty-of-war cinematic ambition but settles for a disconnected Wow, bloody awesome camera work. Cecilia becomes a nurse. And, imitating the sister from whom she's now estranged, Briony (played in young adulthood by Romola Garai) herself seeks redemptive nursing war work, at one point furiously scrubbing blood from her hands in one of the movie's less subtle editorial signifiers. (She also continues to write wherever she can, even in a hospital storage closet — because, like any true writer, she can't not.)

In the end — an ending of such power and narrative originality (in both book and movie) that those who know it ought never breathe a word to those who don't — Briony is an old woman, her stricken stare taken up by Vanessa Redgrave. As ever, the attention to detail is careful — the way Redgrave's bearing echoes Garai's, which echoes Ronan's. Even the defeated, sexless dress worn by old Briony rewards the viewer for remembering the virginal, sexless frock worn by young Briony. Atonement is cultured and tidy like that. It's a nice movie where magnificence is in order.

Are you ready for adventure; for danger; for death? Are you ready for the third episode in the Ice Age series? Boldly going where no other mammals dare to tread, the lovable bunch of sub-zero heroes, Manny, Ellie and Diego, are led from the comfort of their icy surroundings, as they know it, into a dangerous, but tropical and submerged dinosaur world below the ice layers, all because Sid the wreckless sloth reckons he has he has the superior parenting skills of Jolie or Madge. Yes, Ice Age 3: Dawn of the Dinosaurs does offer more adventure, animated theatrics and thrilling chases - and all in 3D, even though the plot isn't exactly rocket science. But try as hard as any film critic might to knock the latest tale, the saga's infectious, slapstick fun brings out the kid in all of us, and melts any cynical old heart.

In addition, a new Ice Age star is born: Introducing Buck, top weasel for both adults and the kids, alike. Talent flavour of the day/month/year, new L.A. resident Simon Pegg is - as ever - hilarious voicing the part, sounding like an animated 'Jack Sparrow' weasel (complete with pirate eyepatch) who leads the loveable herd to safety from the dinosaurs. Buck provides the adult gags, whilst sparking a nostalgic, adventurous 'Peter Pan spirit' in all us older viewers - cue the childish 'yukky broccoli' moment. It's also exciting to see the endearing characters turn adventurers in this third episode - in both the 'other worlds' and parenthood sense - rather than pace the snowy terrain like in films past. The ancient hidden world under the ice is reminiscent of all the exciting underwater worlds that have yet to be discovered in our oceans, too.

"Final Destination"retains lead at box office

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Reigning champ "The Final Destination" fended off a challenge from Sandra Bullock's latest romantic comedy to lead the U.S. Labor Day holiday box office in North America for a second weekend, according to studio estimates issued on Sunday.

"The Final Destination," the fourth movie in a horror franchise about disastrous occurrences, earned $12.4 million during the three days beginning Friday. The 10-day haul for the Warner Bros release rose to $47.6 million, buoyed by premium pricing for 3D screenings.

Warner Bros is a unit of Time Warner Inc.

"All About Steve," a critical bomb starring Bullock as a lovelorn crossword-puzzle expert, followed with $11.2 million, the best performance among three weak newcomers.

That marked a considerable drop from the $33.6 million launch of her previous hit "The Proposal" in June. "All About Steve" co-star Bradley Cooper did even better that month with the $45 million debut of his summer smash "The Hangover."

But the new picture played in 2,251 theaters, about 900 less than either "The Proposal," "The Final Destination" or "The Hangover." It was also released at a time -- the dying days of summer -- when the studios are clearing out underperformers so they can focus on their awards-season hopefuls.

"We're thrilled with the number," said an official at 20th Century Fox, a unit of News Corp. Bullock also produced the movie, whose audience was about two-thirds female, according to Fox.

"Inglourious Basterds" slipped one place to No. 3 with $10.8 million, taking the three-week tally for Quentin Tarantino's World War Two picture to $91 million. It needs just $17 million more to become his biggest film in North America, a title currently held by his 1994 breakthrough "Pulp Fiction" ($108 million).

The new film's foreign total stands at $83 million, and it already ranks as Tarantino's highest-grossing release in eight markets, including Germany, Russia and Turkey.

"Basterds" was co-financed by the closely held Weinstein Co and General Electric Co's Universal Pictures.

Of the other two new releases, both targeted at male youngsters, "Gamer" opened at No. 4 with $9 million, and "Extract" at No. 10 with just under $4.2 million.

Lionsgate's "Gamer" stars Gerard Butler ("300") as a heroic killer frantically reducing the population count. Miramax Films' "Extract," another workplace satire from "Office Space" director and "Beavis and Butt-head" creator Mike Judge, stars Jason Bateman and Mila Kunis.

If nothing else, Shane Meadows' autobiographical This Is England, set not long after the country's 1982 skirmish in the Falkland Islands, will prove eye-opening to those viewers, like myself, whose knowledge of skinhead culture has until now been gleaned largely from Camper van Beethoven songs. We see the movement through the blinkered eyes of twelve-year-old Shaun (Thomas Turgoose), a truculent outcast who's been emotionally unmoored ever since his father was killed in action. Stumbling onto a group of older boys decked out in Ben Sherman button-downs and Doc Martens, who quickly adopt him as a sort of pint-sized mascot, Shaun finds the camaraderie and sense of direction he hadn't realized he needed, forming an especially close bond with genial gang leader Woody (Joseph Gilgun). But the sudden arrival of ardent National Front supporter Combo (Stephen Graham), newly released from prison and looking to steer his old gang in a more virulent direction, lures the impressionable, angry Shaun to the dark side.

There's a winning lead performance from 13-year-old newcomer Thomas Turgoose playing a put-upon lad called Shaun in the run-down Grimsby of 1983. His dad was a serviceman killed in the Falklands and he's perennially getting picked on for this, and for his horrible flared jeans which make him look, as one bully cruelly puts it, like Keith Chegwin's son. Sloping and moping his way home after a standard-issue school day of humiliation, Shaun gets waylaid by some skins in a dodgy underpass, but instead of yet more battering, the gang give him sympathy and understanding; they become Shaun's only friends, and with a new Ben Sherman shirt and number one cut, Shaun has new pride and a new identity.

The gang's leader is Woody - a cheerful, sparky performance from Joe Gilgun - and they have an African-Caribbean member facetiously nicknamed Milky, played by Meadows regular Andrew Shim; Shaun even finds romance with one of the group's girl-punk fellow travellers: a languid and rather elegant older woman called Smell (Rosamund Hanson) who earnestly explains to Shaun's mum that she is called that simply because it rhymes with Michelle. The idyll is soon destroyed with the highly unwelcome appearance of Combo, a ferocious and sinister skin warrior just out of prison, played by Stephen Graham. He demands the group join his National Front cell, and turn out for an NF meeting in a tatty pub, addressed by one of the movement's suit-wearing officer class, played in cameo by Frank Harper.

Turgoose is the picture's heart and soul, and it's a terrifically natural, easy and commanding performance. Turgoose's open face radiates charm, and then, when he goes over to the dark side of racism, a creepy, anti-cherubic scorn: almost like one of the little blond kids in Village of the Damned. But Meadows is always concerned to preserve a sympathetic core to Shaun, and in fact to all the skins. Even the deeply objectionable Combo is shown to be suffering from emotional pain.

Like Meadows' earlier pictures, Dead Man's Shoes and A Room for Romeo Brass, This Is England is about younger, vulnerable figures being taken under the wing of older, flawed men, and this personal theme here finds its richest and maturest expression yet. As to whether we should buy its implied leniency about skinhead culture: that is another question. The West Indian influence is advanced as proof that skins were not necessarily racist: yet it can't cancel out Combo's hate campaign against South Asians, the "Pakis" who "smell of curry", a campaign which goes quite unchallenged or even unremarked upon by any of the skins, good or bad.

Meadows appears to want to find emotional truths behind the bravado, to find reasons for the male rage. It's a valid quest, and there are telling and touching moments, particularly between Turgoose and Rosamund Hanson. I found myself wishing that their love story could occupy more of the film, maybe for the same reason that the Shane Meadows film I have enjoyed most is the one his real fans loathe: the comedy Once Upon a Time in the Midlands. But from the get-go of this drama, it is obvious that things are heading only one way: towards a climactic flourish of violence, and it's a glum business wondering to whom and from whom this is going to happen. This is a violent subject, and these are violent people, and yet I couldn't help feeling that Meadows is, as so often, more comfortable with machismo than with the humour and gentleness which play a smaller, yet intensely welcome part of his movies. However agnostic I confess to still feeling about his work, there's no doubt that Meadows is a real film-maker with a growing and evolving career, and with his own natural cinematic language. When I think of his films, I think, for good or ill: this is English cinema, and the reggae soundtrack is a plus too.

I think it's going to be something the audience has never seen before. In all the years of movie-making, I don't think the image of a truck transforming into a 20-foot tall robot has ever been captured on screen. I also want to make a film that's a homage to 1980s movies and gets back to the sense of wonder that Hollywood has lost over the years. live action film directed by Michael Bay and executive produced by Steven Spielberg, based on the Transformers franchise. The film stars Shia LaBeouf as Sam Witwicky, who has the coordinates to the location of the Allspark, an object at the center of the war between the heroic Autobots and the evil Decepticons. The film also stars Megan Fox, Josh Duhamel, Tyrese Gibson, Jon Voight, John Turturro, and Hugo Weaving as the voice of Megatron. Peter Cullen, the voice of Optimus Prime in the 1980s cartoon, reprised the role for the film.

Producers Don Murphy and Tom DeSanto developed the film, and Roberto Orci and Alex Kurtzman wrote the script, aiming for a realistic interpretation of the characters. Though not a Transformers fan, Bay was convinced by Spielberg to direct, and he created an intricate design aesthetic for the computer-generated robots. General Motors and the United States military lent their support during filming, to keep the budget under $150 million. Armed with an enormous marketing campaign including comics, toys and tie-in deals, Transformers opened in the United States on July 2, 2007, and broke the box office record for the highest-grossing opening week for a non-sequel. Critics praised the special effects, but criticized the characterization.

Following a brief bit of narration in which the backstory of the Autobots and Decepticons is revealed, Transformers focuses on the story of high school student Sam Witwicky (Shia LaBeouf) and his desire to own a car. Sam’s dad has promised he’ll help buy him his first car if he can raise some cash on his own and if he delivers a report card studded with As. Sam's so anxious to own a car that he even resorts to using eBay to try to sell some of his great-great-grandfather’s possessions which the famous explorer used while making an important discovery in the Artic.

The great-great-grandfather’s discovery and Sam’s first car, a beat up canary yellow Camaro, lead directly to Sam’s involvement with the Autobots (the good guys) led by Optimus Prime (voiced with evident relish by none other than Peter Cullen). Sam’s initial suspicion that there’s something fishy about his Camaro are confirmed when the car displays a mind of its own by choosing only to play ‘love’ songs after Sam offers shapely beauty Mikaela (Megan Fox) a ride. That act of intelligence is followed up shortly by the Camaro transforming into a gigantic yellow robot (the Autobot Bumblebee). It seems Sam’s great-great-grandfather’s glasses hold the key to the location of an item that both the Autobots and the evil Decepticons (the bad guys) want to get their mechanical hands on. Sam's use of eBay to sell the glasses has alerted the robots to his whereabouts and thus turned him into a major player in their robot war.

Meanwhile the United States military is drawn into the battle after their base in Qatar is attacked by a helicopter that shape-shifts into a super nasty robot. Further attacks on the military and civilians, along with an infiltration into Air Force One’s computer system, convince military intelligence and the Secretary of Defense John Keller (Jon Voight) that there’s more going on than meets the eye. The military readies to go into battle against an enemy they’ve never seen before and one they have no idea how to crush. Everything comes to a head as Sam, Mikaela, the US military and the Autobots face down Megatron (voiced by Hugo Weaving) and the Decepticons.

the robotic idea, with highly intelligent and sense of humour.. it's like a anti science fiction, it's funny when u see a robot, sneekin around the US.military area, and hide between the walls like ninja, about wise robot it's not related no more with this new era, off course part of some old teenager like me, which is growing up in the transformer era, about 80" when the cartoon it's looks so simple, but the story is still remain in my head..but when i watch the movie.. i thing it's not the same movie like i dream..it's the movie, for this genre.. but the picture were so damn good, smooth transformation, (wondering how if i had the action figure, with the terrible hard transformation into the car.. hehehe).
It's a perfect huge effect movie, with the support of the United States military, who supplied aircraft and vehicles for the alternate modes of the Decepticons, including F-22s, F-117s, C-130 and C-17 cargo planes, and two CV-22 tiltrotor aircraft, out of three in the U.S. Air Force inventory at that time.[47] Such cooperation led Transformers to be the first film shot at The Pentagon since the September 11, 2001 attacks.

The movie then goes to the day of the Malmedy massacre, December 17, 1944. The four initial, main characters receive some screen time, and all but one have some dialog as they stand in a group as prisoners of war. Suddenly, one of the unnamed soldiers breaks from the group and attempts to escape. A German soldier screams for him to halt, and when he doesn't, he's gunned down. The remainder of the prisoners become restless, and a German officer fires a few bursts into the air. In response, a panic begins to break out. During a sudden scramble, an Allied prisoner grabs a rifle from a German soldier and shoots him with it. Another German, in turn, kills that man. As a result, some of the prisoners break to run, while a few try to stay put and keep calm. But when the Germans open fire on the prisoners, the entire group of Allied prisoners break and run. Roughly half of them make it to the woods.

The character-driven narrative of Ryan Little’s first feature film “Saints and Soldiers” begins with a horrific Nazi war crime, the infamous WWII “Malmedy Massacre” resulting in the murder of 80 American soldiers captured by SS troops during the initial phase of the Battle of the Bulge.

This movie was released on video and DVD in May, 2005. First-time director Ryan Little teamed up with actors Corbin Allred, Peter Holden, Alexander Niver, Kirby Heyborne, and Lawrence Bagby, along with a small production team to make the film. It was shot in the forested hills of northern Utah with a budget of less than $1 million ($780.000) However, through special connections, the production team were able to obtain dozens of re-enactors, extras, and rare period equipment. The film was rated PG-13 for war violence and related images.

Production went smoothly and the movie opened at film festivals nationwide, where it won 14 Best Picture Awards. It was the highest grossing film ever produced by Excel Entertainment. It grossed over $1 million, and continues to make considerable profit from rentals.

Although this film can be classified as a movie about Allied soldiers during World War II, it can also be generalized to any soldier, from either side of the battlefield. Kendrick, Gunderson and Winley don't make any identifications regarding religion; Gould says that he doesn't believe in an afterlife. Deacon's religion is identified on the commentary track as The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Clues of this are given in the movie: he is from Snowflake, Arizona (founded and densely populated by Mormons), he served a mission to Berlin, Germany, every spare moment he is seen reading a small book and the following is said of him by Gunderson:

"Deacon's the squarest guy I know. He's from some little backwards town in Arizona. Doesn't drink. Doesn't smoke. He doesn't even like coffee. That's why they call him "The Deacon"."

There is some antagonism between Gould and Deacon that comes to the surface several times during the movie. But when it comes down to it, they protect each other, regardless of their differences. During an exchange during the movie, Deacon offers Gould his book (which contains scriptures). At the end of the movie, Gould takes it.

Bruce Willis, strike back again!, he had a die hard syndrome, and come without any hair :D, this movie, had a great new action!!, hacker era against the state,and of course unbelieveble scene, un explainable human body, cause they hard to die,and some yamakashi action,.There are times when you think he really will - expire, that is, at the climax of an almighty shoot-out, with an unsightly penile engorgement like the victim of some auto-erotic strangulation fetish. The granddaddy, perhaps the great-granddaddy, of the Number One cut is back. Before Phil Mitchell, before Nick Hornby, there was Bruce Willis. As Detective John McClane, he first did a complete forward-roll-plus-handgun-aim onto our screens in 1988 in the action classic Die Hard, taking on "terrorists", which in those innocent days meant our very own Alan Rickman with a comedy German accent. Now, paradoxically, as so often in the post 9/11 era, the "terrorist" is a cautiously chosen apolitical American, no other nationality being deemed worthy of the contest.
At the start of the film, a terrorist begins as an attempted security breach on an FBI facility system is successful, and computer hackers are assassinated by the terrorist mastermind Thomas Gabriel (Timothy Olyphant) instead of being paid for their collaboration. The FBI, unaware of the killings, dispatches NYPD Police Detective John McClane (Bruce Willis) to visit a known hacker, Matthew Farrell (Justin Long), as part of their investigation regarding the breach. Gabriel's henchmen attempt to assassinate McClane and Farrell, but their targets escape. McClane transports Farrell to the FBI's Washington DC headquarters and its head, Assistant Director Bowman (Cliff Curtis), in the midst of a shutdown of the traffic system in DC. The stock market is manipulated shortly afterward, causing it to crash.

McClane is ordered to take Farrell into protective custody, and Gabriel sends more henchmen to kill the pair. McClane and Farrell evade their assassins again, and as the country's infrastructure is threatened with a major break down, Farrell tells McClane the terrorists are initiating a fire sale and that major utilities would be next. The detective and the hacker travel to a power hub in West Virginia to defend it, finding that the terrorists are already there.

Prodding McClane's wound with a gun, Gabriel taunts "on your tombstone will read, always in the wrong place at the wrong time". McClane then delivers the classic catchphrase, "how about, Yippee-Ki-Yay, motherfucker?", and squeezes the trigger, firing a bullet through his shoulder and into Gabriel's heart, killing Gabriel instantly. Farrell jumps up and shoots the thug holding Lucy just as backup arrives along with paramedics who tend to their wounds.

You will see, the truck against airborne F-35 fighting on the road , car bumping, buliding jumper, beautiful kick ass kungfu girl, Maggie Q as Mai Linh.

Sometimes the action mayhem entirely detached from narrative logic. At one stage, Bruce attacks Olyphant's icy lieutenant Mai Lihn (Maggie Q) by driving a car into the office where she has Matt at gunpoint, and bulldozing her into ... an empty liftshaft. At the wheel, McClane is elsewhere threatened by a low-flying helicopter. So what does he do? He judges the trajectory of a certain off-ramp, drives straight for it, and at the last moment jumps out of his vehicle, which is flung upwards and turns the helicopter into a fireball.

That postmodern "4.0" alerts us to the fact that McClane is taking on some new-style terrorists.Or something. McClane is going to stop this hi-tech bad guy with nothing but a beat-up automobile, a couple of guns. Timothy Olyphant plays a sinister ultra-hacker who wants to bring all US computer systems to age of stone and take everyone's money out of their bank account with some portable harddisk drive, whoaa..., and some weird thing, the hacker,themselves, always use XDA,WDB laptop, samsung mobile, etc maybe it's some good advertising.

The film is about Al Gore's efforts to educate the public about global warming, with the goal of creating the political will necessary for the United States(which is the only country, with Australia, who didn't agree to reduce the carbon emision,1997 Kyoto Protocol), to take the lead in efforts to lower global carbon emissions. It is an inspiring film, and is decidedly non-partisan in its outlook (though there are a few subtle references to the Bush administration's lack of leadership on this and other environmental issues).

Much of the footage in Inconvenient Truth is of Al Gore giving a slideshow on the science of global warming. Sound boring? Well, yes, a little. But it is a very good slide show, in the vein of Carl Sagan (lots of beautiful imagery,include the picture of the earth, from other galaxy?, and the world only a dot on the universe, and some very slick graphics and digital animation)

. And it is interspersed with personal reflections from Gore that add a very nice human element. Gore in the classroom in 1968, listening to the great geochemist Roger Revelle describe the first few years of data on carbon dioxide increases in the atmosphere. Gore on the family farm, talking about his father's tobacco business, and how he shut it down when his daughter (Al Gore's sister) got lung cancer. Gore on the campaign trail, and his disappointment at the Supreme Court decision. This isn't the "wooden" Gore of the 2000 campaign; he is clearly in his element here, talking about something he has cared deeply about for over 30 years.

The film includes many segments intended to refute critics who say that global warming is insignificant or unproven. For example, Gore discusses the risk of the collapse of a major ice sheet in Greenland or in West Antarctica, either of which could raise global sea levels by approximately 20 feet (6m), flooding coastal areas and producing 100 million refugees. Meltwater from Greenland, because of its lower salinity, could halt the Gulf Stream current and quickly trigger dramatic local cooling in Northern Europe.

The film examines annual temperature and CO2 levels for the past 650,000 years in Antarctic ice core samples.

Jon Stewart movie, “The Forty Year Old Virgin Mary”, They are the only mildly amusing moments in an uneven and unnecessary sequel to the Universal hit BRUCE ALMIGHTY. Although Jim Carrey has moved on, paving the way for the wonderfully talented Steve Carell. Yet here, as Evan, the materialistic and slightly vain (when it comes to nose hair) Congressman, he feels familiar and dull. When we first meet Evan and his bland and sitcom ready family, he is moving to a beautiful new house and an exciting new job under a big shot politician, another wonderfully talented yet horribly wasted actor, John Goodman as Congressman Long. Long takes interest in Evan and is offering him whatever it takes to get some kind of development bill passed. As Evan continues to take priority in his work over his family with his busy schedule, his lovely wife, another talent wasted, Lauren Graham tells him he should pray for what he wants. And what he wants is to “change the world”. And yes, he prays. So God, being the humorous sort, comes and keeps sending animals and wood Evans way so he will build an ark.God himself, Morgan Freeman, with a white costume, wise talking, and surprising appearance, just like first brusce almighty, with unforgetable moment, when he ask the pray, with million e-mail.. ad go to heaven, with the stair to roof of his home,..damn original!!>

I also smiled at a Jon Stewart cameo, who plays Jon Stewart on The Daily Show… good casting there. Animals continually following Evan around yet everyone just thinks he’s a strange guy, never mind the multiple beasts and birds that surround him. than evan, as a Noah,and family building the ark. And I didn’t laugh at Wanda Sykes hip references to Fen-Phen and a few other “timely” jokes. Fen Phen and Rogaine? Do people still talk about that crap? This is not Ms. Sykes fault, she is funny but the material leaves much to be desired. She did have a few moments and you could see the talent, but very little spark was to be had here. The screenwriters and director are much to blame. The funny here consists of bird poop, getting hit in the head, getting hit in the groin and a few other lame attempts at humor.

And with all nice and safe family comedies, there are messages to be had. Yes, the environment has to be saved. Politicians are worse than wolves. And of course, a family that builds an ark together… stays together. The moments where it gets serious are so clichéd and predictable that I felt like I was being slapped across the face with its “family values”. The environmental issues presented felt so forced yet it found its way into some kind of bizarre version of MR. SMITH GOES TO WASHINGTON... perhaps MR. SMITH AND HIS ANIMAL FRIENDS POOP ON POLITICIANS. Yet this time, it’s badly drawn characters and some merely adequate special effects for the last half hour. And we don’t want to forget about God himself. Morgan Freeman is back and he is as good as any actor could be in the role, probably better. He passes on his wisdom and teaches these folk how to live in His name. Yet I really felt the dude was just there to cash a check. And I don’t blame him, this is a too safe, too sitcom-ish and too unfunny attempt to raise awareness that even a very talented cast can’t save from drowning. But if you are looking for a film that makes 7th HEAVEN look like THE SOPRANOS to take your family to, than this may be the boat you need to hop on. But for me, this ark just didn’t float.

he only speak, "yes, no, oui, and gracias, and other humble sound, and of course the legendary yellow lime green morris mini copper car, with a beautiful woman named sabine, in there, upps sorry he said " dunlop!" while he adorer the morris car tired with original tired from dunlop.

But i heard some news, this is the last movie, of the legend himself, Mr. Rowan Atkinson, unfortunately, he didn't bring his teddy bear, and her freak girl friend irma gobb, and his long enemy, red morris mini cooper with the 3 tired. Rowan atkinson also appeared at some james bond movie, from SEAN CONNERY, TO ROGER MOORE era.

Mr. Bean driving his lime-green mini cooper up to a church, where a fête is taking place. Somewhat unexpectedly, Bean wins the first prize in a raffle - holiday involving a train journey to Cannes, a video camera, and €200.

Following a misunderstanding involving a taxi at the Gare du Nord railway station in Paris, Bean is forced to make his way unorthodoxly towards the Gare de Lyon to board his next train towards Cannes, his perfect holiday dream, with a scrapy map to france, and of course like other english movie, they always made french people as a joke, and he never use french language.

Back on the platform, Bean asks a man, who happens to be Cannes jury member and Russian movie director Emil Dachevsky (Karel Roden), to use his camcorder to film him walking onto the train. Bean makes a big fuss and keeps asking for retakes, so by the time they are done, the train is about to leave. Although Bean manages to get onto the train, the doors close before Dachevsky can get on. Dachevsky's son, Stepan (Max Baldry) is therefore left on board by himself.

Bean attempts to be friend the boy, who has been told to get off at the next station, and eventually comes to his rescue at the station, unfortunately missing his train again. The train Stepan's father has boarded does not stop at the station, and a mobile number is held up, with the last two digits obscured. Attempts at calling the number prove fruitless. The next train comes and they board. However, Bean has left his wallet, passport and ticket on the telephone box. Bean and Stepan are thrown off the train.

Attempts at begging and miming to Puccini's O mio babbino caro prove successful, and Bean buys the pair a bus ticket to Cannes. Bean managed to lose his ticket, and he attempts to hitchhike his way there. Mr Bean soon falls asleep, exhausted from walking and wakes up on what appears to be a quaint French village but is actually a film set for a yoghurt advert. Bean ends up as an extra in the advert, directed by Carson Clay (Willem Dafoe), but inadvertently ends up destroying the set in an explosion.

Bean then tries to hitch-hike again and a lime-green Mini identical to his own picks him up, driven by actress Sabine (Emma de Caunes), who offers him a lift to Cannes. She is an aspiring actress on her way to the 59th Cannes Film Festival where the film in which she makes her debut as an extra is going to be presented. When they stop at a service station, Bean finds Stepan dancing in a café with a band. Sabine agrees to take him with them.

When Sabine goes into a petrol station to change for the premiere, she sees a newsflash, Mr. Bean is suspected of kidnapping Stepan and that she is suspected to be his accomplice. However, since she does not want to miss the presentation of the film in Cannes in just one hour, she does not want to go to the police now to clear the misunderstanding. They have to work out a way to get into Cannes without being identified. Stepan dresses up as Sabine's daughter, while Mr. Bean dresses up as Stepan's grandmother. They manage to get through the search and Sabine arrives at the premiere on time.

After sneaking into the premiere, Bean is disappointed to see that Sabine's large role has been cut from the film, and ends up plugging in his video camera to the projector, where his video diary is unexpectedly played out. However, the bizarre tale it tells fits director Carson Clay's narration well, and the director, Sabine and Bean all receive standing ovations. Stepan is finally reunited with his father.

The film then ends with Bean and all the other characters of the film miming a large French musical finale, singing along with the famous song by Charles Trenet "La Mer" (Beyond the Sea), with arms raised in the air. After the credits Bean writes with his foot "fin" in the sand.

Back in the “Easy Rider” heyday of the Harley, hitting the road on a motorcycle, destination unknown, was considered the ultimate outlaw act of freedom, rebellion and “cool.” Today, however, the average motorcycle rider provides a rather different picture—because the average motorcycle rider is a suburban male on a weekend cruise around town! These are the so-called “weekend warriors,” who jump on their “hogs” at the end of the workweek, hoping to find even a flash of that free spirit that still burns beneath their everyday roles as daddies, bosses and breadwinners.

But what would happen if a group of suburbanites actually fired up their growling engines, donned their leathers, straddled the gleaming chrome and truly tried to hit the open road—ready for whatever outrageous situations that might come their way?

It was this question, with all its comedic potential, that inspired writer Brad Copeland to come up with the concept for "Wild Hogs." Copeland has become known as one of television’s hottest comedy minds, serving as a writer on two of the funniest and most acclaimed shows in recent years—the Emmy®- and Golden Globe®-winning dysfunctional family show “Arrested Development” and the Emmy®-winning “My Name Is Earl,” the comedy hit about a petty crook trying to make amends for all his wrongdoings, one by one.

The story of "WILD HOGS" was sparked when Copeland became fascinated by the new subculture of guys who wear suits and work in offices during the week, only to transform into leather-bound Harley riders on the weekend. “I thought, why isn’t anyone making a movie about all these suburban biker guys?” says Copeland. “I became intrigued by these guys who lead the usual 9-to-5 businessman’s existence, but then they have this whole other life where they try to leave that behind and go out into the great outdoors to ride. It felt like a sweet set-up for a very fun adventure.”

As he began to write, Copeland developed four foible-filled yet uniquely relatable suburban characters from Cincinnati—who share in common only a feeling of being stuck and a Harley hobby: Doug (ALLEN), a dentist with such an inferiority complex, he always introduces himself as a doctor; Woody (TRAVOLTA), the group’s seeming “golden boy,” a wealthy, charismatic businessman who looks like one of life’s big winners—but whose secret troubles are about to catch up with him; Bobby (LAWRENCE) a hen-pecked husband and plumber-on-hiatus who just took a year off to try, unsuccessfully, to become a writer; and Dudley (MACY), a computer-geek bachelor with a knack for always finding himself in embarrassing situations.

Copeland explains: “The idea is that these guys are all kind of living their own version of the white-collar, suburban life, except that on Sundays, they put on their leathers and head to the Harley-Davidson hang-out, where they feel kind of like poseurs. And then one day, they look at each other and say, ‘Why don’t we truly do this and take a real road trip?’”

The idea soon led to all kinds of hilarious and hair-raising situations and also revelations for the characters. For Copeland, it was the notion that one can still have a mind-blowing, perspective-altering adventure, even in the middle of middle-class suburbia, that makes the story of "Wild Hogs" so compelling.

He explains: “I think it comes down to the fact that nobody wants to feel too safe in life. These guys love their jobs, love their wives, love their children, but they also feel like maybe they need something else to tap into that cut-loose craziness, go wild and live on the edge, even for just a few days. They just want to see how that would feel—but they have no idea where this journey is going to take them, either on the map or emotionally.”

The laughs and thrills of Doug, Woody, Bobby and Dudley’s journey quickly attracted producers Brian Robbins and Mike Tollin of Tollin/Robbins Productions to the screenplay. Tollin and Robbins have produced a dozen films together, including the recent #1 box-office hit “Coach Carter.” When they read "Wild Hogs," they knew they had found not only a great vehicle for an ensemble of great comic stars but a joyful experience for moviegoers.

“This was an opportunity to make a movie that is fun with a capital F,” says Tollin. “We’ve made a lot of dramas, we’ve made a number of movies with a sports backdrop and movies that are specifically for a family audience. Of all the movies we’ve made, though, "Wild Hogs" probably has the broadest appeal.”

Back to the review of cerita Berbagi Suami (Indonesia) which mean is polygami. this movie concept,like babel, 3 different people, with the same problem, different background, had the same time, when tsunami disaster Aceh. The script is ensemble film which is all the story moving together forward(1 time-frame tru linear-storytelling) played one by one, but had a red line, and become one big issue, polygami.

Salma (Jajang C noer/legend actress), is a successfull docter, with pak haji, his husband, who's had other young wife but salma is near perfect, she can face the problem, as long he still married her, and he had to wash in the bathroom, everytime he came back from his young lady.
but their son, growing older, and he doesn't get along with his father.Once time the father (El Manik/ legend actress) had heart attached. when they gone to the hospital, they found that his father had other wife, youung woman, with a baby, and had about the same age, with Salma's son, some comedy on this scene..after that time, all of his wife has to carry along together, until pak haji is dead.

Siti (SAnty, famous indonesian singer) is the village girl, wich bring by his husband, who already have 2 wife, with a lot of child, his husband only a film crew. After Siti marriage, she was introduce to love her friend, she fall in love with the other wife. The story ended with siti run away from her husband with the other wife, cause of love and his husaband bring the other girl from aceh, when he is on duty to filming tsunami.

Ming (Dominique, a young model)is a beautiful chinese girl, she is the secret lover of his boss, owner of the famous chinese restaurant, she just want his money, to reach her dream to live at the nice apartment, and to be rich. Her dream come true, when his boss wife going on vacation to america, they moved to a good apartment, after a week of glaomorous, she realize that this marriage had become a gossip in her neighborhood,this story had a red thin line like the story of tsunami in aceh, and when salma buy their favourite food on the Ming chinese restaurant, and when Ming had to move up again after the real wife of her boss, crash her apartment, she meet siti on the way, and she give the teddy bear to siti child.

Berbagi Suami was produced by Kalyana Shira Film colaborated with Franch movie production WallWorks. Ipung Rachmat Syaiful as director of photography, Yoga K. Koesprapto as editor, Wencislaus as art director and Claude Kunetz as co-producer from WallWorks Perancis.

You can hear a nice soundtrack from Aksara Records with indie band like Sore and White Shoes and The Couples Company for the scoring of this movie.

This is the legendary anti war movie, 1988 anime movie written and directed by Isao Takahata for Studio Ghibli.

story based on the partially-autobiographical book of the same title by
Akiyuki NOSAKA, who lost his little sister during the war to malnutrition.

The set is the end of World War II in Japan, Grave of the Fireflies is the poignant tale of the relationship between two orphaned children, Seita (清太) and his younger sister Setsuko (節子). The children lose their mother in the firebombing of Kobe, and their father in service to the Imperial Japanese Navy, and as a result they are forced to try to survive . Setsuko eventually dies from malnutrition, and the graphic nature of suffering and death is uniquely harrowing in the annals of anime. the simple but strong story,about how war change japanese culture, everyone work for the country, and children who's not work, doesn't have a chance to live, selfisme become a new culture.The story is one of personal trial in the midst of a society which has no resources to help two orphans out of many, and the choices made by a boy who is in over his head.

At first glance, one might get the idea that Grave of the Fireflies is some kind of anti-American propaganda. In truth, it is nearly the opposite. Although the children fall victim to the hardships brought on by the war, no Americans ever show up, and they are rarely mentioned. If anything, on one level, this movie could be seen as a metaphor for the entire country of Japan during the war: fighting a losing battle, yet too stubbornly proud to admit defeat or accept help.

Similarly, it can be seen as a condemnation of pride; the story is based on a semi-autobiographical novel written by a man who survived the war on the homefront, but whose younger sister died of starvation while in his care. On that level, it may have been a sort of catharsis, harshly depicting the result of Seita's unwillingness to seek help or resort to theft to obtain food, and ultimately allowing his grief to consume and punish him--something that never happened to the real person--for that decision. Metaphor and symbolism aside, the enemy in this movie is painted as the kind of human weaknesses that come from and even create war: pride, the suspicion that falls upon two children trying to live on their own, and the prejudice leveled against a healthy young man who doesn't want to fight.

Grave of the Fireflies is a masterwork--the animation, though extremely subdued, is fluid and surprisingly realistic; just watching the everyday acts animated in this movie gave me a new appreciation of animation as an art form. Try taking the time to really watch the animation in a few scenes--you might be surprised. The art is not spectacular, but is well done, and has a slightly old-fashioned style that works well. teh fireflies itself has decorated they life, sleep in the shelter, with no light, no family, they collected fireflies, and let them shine in their space called bedroom, very cool art..

This is the strong movie, touching your humanity, and make us realize that war isn't the answer.

Pan's Labyrinth may be too cruel and bloody for children, although kids would surely appreciate its exquisite yuckiness. But this R-rated poetic fable is nonetheless set in a child's archaic reality, a magic world of ancient ruins and "fairy" insects. It's more like Alice in the wonderland, but of course from the darkest fantasmo side.

Pan's Labyrinth setting at Spain 1944: The civil war is over, and Franco's Falangists have long since subjugated the country. The Maquis, last remnants of Republican resistance, are fighting a rearguard action in the forested northern hills. Ofelia (Ivana Baquero) and her ailing, pregnant mother (Ariadna Gil) have been relocated there, to a remote military base commanded by her new stepfather, Capitán Vidal (Sergi López), a cold and brutal autocrat.

With her mother growing ill and her stepfather treating her like a dog, Ofelia retreats more and more inside the elaborate fairy tales she treasures dearly.In the mountains just beyond the villa, Capitán Vidal seeks to wipe out an anti-fascist militia that is fighting a rear-guard action against the facisme. Since Ofelia is understandably repelled by her surroundings and Vidal, who she refuses to call “father”, she immerses herself in fairy tales just as youngsters have done since time immemoria imagination. But when a trip within a crumbling stone labyrinth just on the edge of the forest reveals a world the little girl never expected, the line between fantasy and reality begins to blur. Soon the child finds herself on a quest putting her own life in danger, yet one she also knows could save the life of a brother she as of yet doesn’t even know.

One night Ofelia is visited by a fairy that originally appeared to her in the guise of a dragonfly. Unlike the winsome creatures in a Disney animation, the fairy in Guillermo del Toro’s much heralded new film has a slightly menacing aspect, complete with flapping wings that give off a creepy mechanical sound like the tail of an aluminum rattlesnake. The fairy leads Ofelia into a dank grotto beneath the villa that is ruled by a repulsive-looking 10 foot tall faun (half-man, half-goat) who instantly hails her as the princess, and to proove her as a princess, she must be passed some test, that set her to the deadly adventurer, from meet the giant frog,which is swallowed the key of kingdom, meet Pale Man the monster who always eat kids for dinner, with eyes on his palm, and she had a magic chalk, that possible her to make a door to save her life.

Of the actors, Sergi López (Devil wears Prada) is miraculous here. His is a monstrously terrifying depiction of fascist evil. López making Captain Vidal a creature so horrible even the fantasy critters populating Ofelia’s thoughts would run screaming from him if they could. Other strong performances, not just from relative newcomer Ivana Baquero, but also from Maribel Verdú (wild mama in Y'tu'mama tambien)as the villa's housekeeper Mercedes, who plays a key role in the story's resolution.

The perfect camerawork by del Toro's regular cinematographer Guillermo Navarro and the production design, which uses a limited color palette to give the real world a colorless grey look compared to the colorful fantasy sequences. Javier Navarette provides an equally gorgeous score to embellish the epic nature of the film. the CG effect is perfectly gothic, every creatures, and my favourite scene when capitan vidal, try to sew his mouth with a needle, after cutted by her housekeeper, that bloody scene was so horror but far from when i see the saw III.

Collectively, filmmakers Guilermo Del Toro, Alfonso Cuarón and Alejandro González Iñárritu, the self-described “Tequila Gang,” are having the kind of year many in Hollywood dream about yet seldom achieve. Cuarón’s “Children of Men” is the best film of they year, while Iñárritu’s “Babel” is one of my favourite for oscar winner, but i'm wrong. Together this trio has released some of the most urgent, intelligent, entertaining and richly-layered pictures of the 2006, Del Toro’s masterpiece “Pan’s Labyrinth” certainly no exception.

Guilermo Del Toro said on IF magazine:There is a Basque poem that says: “He was such a poor man that all he could have was money!” We live in a world, a society that makes you believe you need the big house, the big car, and the big bank account. But truly what you need is love and love you cannot buy. In my films I always try to be spiritually inspiring and this is also true with PAN’S LABYRINTH. I think this particular movie stands on its own because it’s the only one that is full of love from the beginning to the end.

This movie, set in the late 1990s, when Sierra Leone Civil War, that believed was funding by giant world diamond industries. Some bloody scene, many killings; also we see the rebels cut off the hands of people, with the argument that thus they cannot vote in the upcoming elections. The militan burn the village, then take strong male,to work at their diamond fields, they also take the little boy for being a little soldier at the Revolutionary United Front (RUF)

The film begins with the capturing of Solomon Vandy (Djimon Hounsou), a fisherman, by the Revolutionary United Front (RUF). Separated from his family, Solomon is enslaved to work in the diamond fields under the command of Captain Poison (David Harewood). Diamonds mined by the prisoners are used by the RUF to buy arms and finance their efforts.

While working at the diamond fields, Solomon finds a large genuine diamond. Moments before the government troops launch an attack, Captain Poison sees Solomon with the diamond. Solomon has just enough time to bury the stone, before being arrested along with Captain Poison and the other rebels.Meanwhile rebels force Solomon's son Dia to become a child soldier.

In prison, Solomon meets Danny Archer (Leonardo DiCaprio) he know a kreole language, an ex-Rhodesian soldier who has been arrested for smuggling diamonds.Archer is desperate for a way to repay Colonel Coetzee for the diamonds he lost when he was arrested. When he overhears Captain Poison ranting to Solomon about the discovery of the pink diamond, Archer makes plans to hunt down the stone.

Danny Archer had a friend who could free him and Solomon from a jail,He offers to help Solomon find his family in exchange for the diamond. While Danny come back he meet Maddy Bowen (Jennifer Connely) the journalist who had a mission to search the connection between RUF, Civil war, and world diamond syndicate. Danny used Maddy to search the diamond. After a demanding struggle the men find the mining camp of the diamond's unearthing under RUF control. Here, Solomon is painfully reunited with his son Dia, who after being brainwashed by the rebels will not submit to his father's love. A South African mercenary force under Colonel Coetzee also after the diamond dispatch the RUF rebels and through a deal with Archer, force Solomon into retrieving the stone. In a desperate battle, Archer and Solomon kill the mercenary leader and claim the diamond, only to be held at gunpoint by Solomon's numb son.

This movie,had a same recepy like other holywood film, i've been reviewed Apocalypto, and this is the near story but set in the different year area !!, they both had a strong character,story, of course leonardo dicaprio, had more point in it.This movie is nominee for this year academy award.

Error Scene : The movie is supposed to be set in the late 1990s, however, in the scene in which Solomon meets with the buyer in London, you can clearly see that the buyer arrives in a 2007 Bentley Arnage.
the duration of this movie is too long (138 minutes),you have to wait longer, to see the end of movie, but i recommended this, to know more information about diamond, and of course this is one of good movie of this year.

This movie, directed by Sofia Coppola (Virgin Suicide,Lost in Translation), based on Antonia Fraser's book about the life of Archduchess of Austria and later Queen of France.Stars: Kirsten Dunst, Jason Schwartzman, Rip Torn, Judy Davis, Asia Argento.

First think that will make you love this movie,is the soundtrack with a garage sound like the radio-dept, gang of four, aphex twin, air, the cure, new order, the strokes, phoenix. The ubiquitous Strokes cut "What Ever Happened" is an apt lead for a film about tragic excess, but it's the rest of Brian Reitzell's soundtrack that's truly clever. Bands like Windsor for the Derby chart a wistful postdecadence ideally shaped for the movie's bright bonfire of vanities. Of course it's mixed with gregorian music cause it's a historical movie set in about 18th century.

This is about young queen, isolated teenager in extraordinary circumstances. Beneath the cakes, shoes, jewelery, powder and parties lies a deeply lonely girl with a background song I want Candies (dance music), and cinematography were beautiful too, it's like you see Vogue magazine, in the movie version, it's a real Sofia Coppola movie. Damn good!!

It is precisely Antoinette's ill-fated attempt at fitting into French court society that causes her escape into a world of idle futility and libertinage.

Dunst brings life and depth to the film. The deeply felt loneliness of the teenaged queen. and Jason Schwartzman (Coppola’s cousin) as King Louis XVI, seem too quiet, with less dialogue. Local actress Rose Byrne is infectiously naughty as the Duchesse de Polignac.

Marie Antoinette come from Austrian Kingdom, who arrives at the royal court in Versailles to find a world of circumscribed behaviour in which scandal and gossip are the currency.she have to married with Louis XVI while she were 15 years old, then all of the boringness and aristocratic etiquette, with a bunch of servant who's ready to served her form awake till sleep time. Loveless marriage, with Louis XVI, quiet young prince, he never touch her in bed, after few years, Marie still doesn't have a child, she drown into the big depression, her position as a Austrian Lady became so unstable if she still not pregnant. But soon after that, Louis father was dead, and he became a king, and marie got a new position as a princess.

After about 7 years, she had a child, but her glamorous life became her habbit, cause king Louis is too busy as a King of France Monarchy.

She love to gambling,nightclub,party,jewelery,cloth,shoes (about 60 pair of shoes was made by manolo blahnik),eat nice decorated cookies,champaigne,opera, then while France was on the war against English, she still waste Kingdom money, people are starving, and Marie Antoinette has a new nick name "Miss Defisit". She doesn't realize about her position was near the end. With a two beautiful child, as young prince, she lived the mansion, with garden designing like a farmer, she life her loneliness with her friend, and she had a boy friend too, her wild and free life was captured on the screen, by Sofia Coppola (with her father as a co producer too) , in a poetic picture, with less conversation.

The real Marie Antoinette lived from the time of her marriage in 1770 until the outbreak of the French Revolution in 1789.

This movie hit the American box office, Nominated for the Academy Award for Costume Design (Milena Canonero),at the 2006 Cannes Film Festival, Marie-Antoinette was entry for Official Selection of Golden Palm and won the Cinema Prize of the French National Education System.

This movie has nominated for Golden GLobe award and become a winner of the Black Reel Award, and hit the first chart on the box office in America, for some week.

Set in the year 1981,when Ronald Reagan, spoke that America has a 10 bilyon dollar defisit.This film centers around Chris Gardner (Will Smith), a brilliant and genious unsuccessful salesman of bone-density scanners. Chris invested most of his and his wife's money into the scanners, which he eventually found extremely difficult to sell and he have to brought this large thing around San Fransisco everday. He as the father keep tryin to work hard,but he become in a state of bancruptcy condition , the rent is far past due, and his car is towed after Chris defaults on over a dozen parking tickets. His wife Linda (Thandie Newton) is unhappy and buckling under the constant strain of financial pressure, as her paychecks are the family's primary source of income. The only thing keeping the couple together is their five-year-old son Christopher (Jaden Smith). Everyday he catch his dream, to live with a smile like other people that he always meet on the way to work every morning.

One day, Chris meets Jay Twistle (Brian Howe), a well-off man who reveals himself to be a stock broker for the Dean Witter brokerage firm. Impressed, Gardner convinces Twistle to arrange him an interview as an intern. Although he has no college training (Chris entered the US Navy after high school), his high-level math skills allow him to solve a Rubik's Cube puzzle in an impressively short amount of time, impressing Twistle to the point that he arranges Chris an interview. Upon hearing that her husband is going "From salesman to intern - backwards", Linda is no longer able to cope. She walks out on Chris, taking Christopher with her.

Chris never want to separated from his son, Chris picks Christopher up from his daycare in Chinatown before Linda can (a sign outside the daycare center refers to "happyness" in a clear misspelling of "happiness"; it is this that gives the film its name). Linda moves to New york, to work at her friend restaurant. After that time, Christ has to keep living, and working as a stock broker trainee a 6 month without get paid, and the situation is tragically getting worse, once they had to get away from the cheap motel, cause he can't afford to paid the bill, then he run to the subway station and they had to sleep in the public closet room,in the other day they had to live in the shelter for the homeless, so every evening after work, Chris is forced to race across town to pick Christopher up, take the bus across town, and run to catch a place in line with the other homeless people.

This film, will open your eyes,there is a light in every darkest time in our life, as long we had some higher motivation spirit, struggle for our life, for our lovely person. That's like Chicken Soup for the Soul, but in the movie version,that why The Pursuit of Happyness, become a box office in America,cause it's like other American Success Dream.

Will Smith as a producer, and also playing very good, very touching your heart, as a struggle father, he found new concept movie to become a box office,with no special effect, and no collosal setting. i recommend this movie!!, one of the best dramatic movie of the year!!

This movie, is the box office in China, with the huge setting on the Imperial Palace, with thousand actor as soldier, with the great detail of armour, interior, jewelery, this movie is excellence.The fighting scene is unforgetable too,maybe this time Chinese genre action movies with the Emperor age setting, used the same effect (Fearless, Hero,Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon,The Promise etc).

96 million yuans (US$12.3 millions), that was how much the Chinese paid in the past weekend to see Zhang Yimou's latest mega-budget historical epic. This unbelievably high number more than doubles the old record (US$6.04 millions), set by Hero, Zhang's first mega budget historical drama, released four years ago. Zhang Weiping, president of Beijing New Picture Film Co., said many people went to see the movie because of good words of mouth. The set, I just have to say something about the set. The palaces you will see in the movie, may look so unreal, but are actually part of a near full-scale replica of Beijing’s The Forbidden City, built in Hengdian World Studios. The palace interior was built inside Beijing Film Studios. The imperial post was built in the bottom of a place called “Heavenly Pit” near Chongqing city. Contrary to what he did for Hero, designer Huo Tingxiao made the set lavishly suffocating.

PT Indosat Tbk. tell that 1,5 Gbps the internet capacity of Indosat, was left only 20 % it's just about 300 Mbps. PT Telkom Tbk. tell that 1,3 Gbps of internet capacity dan was left only 11 %, it's just about 145 Mbps. PT Excelcomindo Pratama Tbk. only left 20 % from the total capacity 300 Mbps,(50-60 Mbps).

PT Pasifik Satelit Nusantara (PSN) said that almost 80 % capacity of internet was used the satellite connection, so they safe from harm.

"the average of internet capacity on indonesia only left 17 percent".

All of Indonesia ISP was used fiberoptic wire as the main backbone, and used the satellite as they back up.

The Ministry of Communication and Information of Korean tell that the earthquake has damaged 9.985 comunication lines, that's include 9.871 reguler telephone lines, 92 dedicated lines and 33 internet lines.

The main problem is altough comunications line has been redirect to the other lines, m, but the track of dedicated lines was totally damaged. Unfortunately that line was used by 27 main corporated include Korea Exchange Bank, Kookmin Bank, and other banks, Foreigns Department and Reuters News.

Manager of PT Excelcomindo Pratama said to detikINET, that on Thursday (27/12/2006), almost 90 percent internet connection on Asia was lost by the cutdown of under water fibreoptic cable which caused by Taiwan earthquake.

After a long time we didn't hear Brian De Palma, as a director,(Scarface and the author of LA Confidential), now he came again with a thriller movie, that based on a real story of a legendary murder of black dahlia,she's bdy was cutted into 2 part,like one of holywood actress that tragically death, like murder of sharon tate (around 1960), but the story was happened at near 1947, when holywood was so glamorous, with the dark side that we never heard about it.

Two ambitious cops, Lee Blanchard (Aaron Eckhart) and Bucky Bleichert (Josh Hartnett), investigate the shocking murder of an aspiring young starlet. With a corpse so mutilated that photos are kept from the public, the case becomes an obsession for the men, and their lives begin to unravel. Blanchard's relationship with his girlfriend Kay (Scarlett Johansson) deteriorates, while Bleichert finds himself drawn to the enigmatic Madeleine (Hilary Swank), a wealthy woman with a dark and twisted connection to the victim.

The romance between Bleichert and Kay Lake is dramatically streamlined in the film; in the novel, they are married and eventually separated during the time that the case comes to a resolution.

In the novel, Bleichert succumbs more explicitly to the obsession with the Dahlia that Lee exhibited; this is understated in the film, though still suggested in several scenes. One notable difference along these lines is that at one point in the novel Bleichert hires a prostitute and has her dress up as the Black Dahlia; this scene is absent from the film.

The subplot involving Fritz Vogel (who appears as a bit character in the film) and his son Johnny Vogel (who is absent from the film) is entirely excised. The corresponding subplot involving the false confessors and Bleichert's brief suspicion of Johnny Vogel as the Dahlia killer is accordingly missing as well.

Due in part to the removal of the Vogel subplot, Bleichert's relationship with police captain Russ Millard is diminished in the film. In the novel, Millard assists Bucky during the resolution of the case toward the end; in the film, Millard never appears during this time.

In the novel, Lee's confrontation with Bobby DeWitt occurs in Mexico, not in Los Angeles as it does in the film, and the culmination of the conflict is discovered later by Bleichert when he tracks Lee's movements to Mexico and investigates his whereabouts. In the film, Bleichert is present for this incident and it occurs in Los Angeles: attacked by Madeleine, Lee and Georgie Tilden (who wanted to kill Lee) fall over the railing and die.

Charlie is a genius briliant writer both director.He's confesses he’s a shy, reserved guy: "I don't like talking about myself." To think he’s as off-the-wall as his screenplays would be off-the-mark. I was started to love Charlie Kaufman movie from Being John Malkovich" film, with John Malkovich as himself. this is another jackie chan movie, that location in hongkong. this movie, is a strike back of another action movie after Jackie, play on the serious movie, like the myth, and this is realy jackie chan movie!!, but this movie, will touching u'r heart, not only funny action, it's a romantic movie too, with nice and smooth scenario, just like one stop shopping for every jackie chan movie fans. u must see this movie!!

Jackie plays a compulsive gambler and a professional thief at night, Jackie and his accomplices, played by Louis Koo a flamboyant playboy, and Michael Hui as a evil uncle, are tasked by the triad to kidnap the grandson of a tycoon. But things turned a bit out of hand when the baby gets way too irresistibly cute for the them to part.
The fight scenes are amazingly funny and the car-chase sequence in it is regrettably lackluster for a Jackie’s headed movie. the funny scene when Jackie and his old time buddy, Yuen Biao who cameo as a goofy inspector and a group of baddies battling over the baby in an apartment. Truly child’s play, ironic thief.

The cute antics of Baby Matthew make it hard for the audience not to lap it up.that baby is role player in this movie, we can watch some comical scene with that baby, some like when he eat the jackie nipple while he covered the baby from a lunatic aunty that so passionate to baby, about 10 minutes, romantic comedy when the camera show how hard the thief duo like them, to watch over the cute baby, that they never had or even imagine, may it look standard like the first baby movie comedy Three Man and a Baby, and another typical movie like that.

Nothing fascinating but it's a bit disappointing for the lack of intros to the action sequences. However, when they realize that the triad is after both the ransom and the baby's life, they decide to make their hostage their protegee instead. Cornered by cops and threatened by ferocious gangsters, the trio embarks on a hair-raising yet funny escapade to put Baby safely back in his cradle.

Story:

All four stories in this movie, focus on how everybody's forms of communication, whether its language or their behavior shaped by their experiences, are a source of conflict and turmoil. Misunderstandings seem to be the downfall of all the major characters.

Richard and Susan (Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchett). were vacationing in Morocco to escape their own marital woes. It appears the sudden death of their infant son, suggested to be SIDS, has caused a strain on their marriage as they cannot communicate their frustration, guilt, and blame to each other.while they on the tour
bus, on the Morrocan road, the bullet from nowhere, shoot Susan, on the chest.
she's bleeding, and the bus is too far from hospital.

In parallel, we see a rebellious deaf-mute Japanese teenage girl, Chieko (Rinko Kikuchi),she feel so weird, nobody except her best friend, and she needed someone to love, cause the boy always avoid her, when they now about her deaf-mute.
She even goes so far as to try to seduce a police detective, Kenji (Satoshi Nikaido), who visits the house to question Chieko's father, Yasujiro (Kôji Yakusho), about his gun. It turns out Yasujiro is an avid hunter who once went hunting in Morocco and gave his rifle to his tour guide, Hassan.

We also see Richard and Susan's Mexican nanny, Amelia (Adriana Barraza), taking care of their two young children while the couple is stranded in Morocco. she takes them to her son's wedding in Mexico. On the way back her nephew Santiago (Gael García Bernal) drives back after having a couple of drinks. When returning and passing the border checkpoint the customs agent is rude and abusive, however between being drunk, misunderstandings due to language complications and the fact that the nanny has no permission slip, they are searched and are motioned to pull over to the next parking lot. Santiago decides to flee and later drops Amelia and the children off in the desert, so he can safely get rid of the police chasing him. He never makes it back and Amelia and children are left stranded in the desert.

This cinema,is brightfully with moviestars like Brad Pitt, Cate Blanchett, Kôji Yakusho, and Gael García Bernal. The film was first screened at this year's Cannes Film Festival. The movie was also shown to audiences at the Toronto International Film Festival and the Zagreb Film Festival.

This is another movie with very talented actress like Ralph Fiennes, and Rachel Weisz, all of the Oscar nominees. Strong human issue, artistic picture, u must see this movie.

When a British diplomat's wife -- a socially-conscious lawyer -- turns up dead in Kenya, he sets out to find the truth surrounding her murder. In the process, he finds out that his wife had been compiling data against a multinational drug company that uses helpless Africans as guinea pigs to test a tuberculosis remedy with unfortunately fatal side effects. Therefore, those who may have had the most reason to silence her are closer to home than he ever imagined.

Rachel Weisz were picked up an Academy award as best Supporting Actress. Brazilian Fernando Meirelles gave us the widely acclaimed City of God as his directorial debut and his adaptation of John Le Carre's novel of the same name is no disappointment.

Based on real events in both Africa and Asia the main character is Justin Quayle, played brilliantly by Ralph Fiennes. He sets out to discover the truth surrounding the death of his young wife Tessa (Weisz). Tessa was a political activist and the film opens with the discovery of her brutally murdered body in northern Kenya. At first believing that his wife was killed in some bizarre bandit raid, Justin takes up his dead wife's cause (the corruption of the pharmaceutical industry) while also uncovering the real events that lead to her death.

This,movie, told us about the true love, when Justin, ready to sacrifice his blood, to find the truth about the murderer of her wife.He fly to every part of the world, to search the truth, the story behind his beloved wife activity, until he realize that he fight with the giant mafia medical industries.

Fiennes and Weisz not only carry the flag, they are brilliantly supported by a cast of mighty fine British actors (Bill Nighy and Pete Postlethwaite). The story is exciting and engaging and you'd be hard pressed to find a better, more natural thriller.

Walk The Line

This is the story of the legendary Johnny Cash's (Phoenix) life from his growing up as the son of a cotton picker in rural Arkansas, dealing with the death of his brother, his drug addiction, subsequent rescue by future wife June Carter (Witherspoon), and his famous concert at Folsom State Prison.

Johnny Cash joins the Air Force and is posted to Germany. He seems not to enjoy his time there, but finds solace in playing a guitar he buys and writing songs - one of which will become "Folsom Prison Blues," inspired by a B-movie shown to the troops, Inside the Walls of Folsom Prison. Following his discharge, he marries his girlfriend Vivian Liberto.

Vivian and John live in relative poverty while John works as a door-to-door salesman to support his growing family (Cash's eldest daughter Rosanne is an infant, and Vivian mentions "another one on the way"). One day, he walks past a recording studio and has an inspiration to organize a band (made up of Luther Perkins and Marshall Grant, whom his wife describes as "two mechanics who can't hardly play") to play gospel music. Everyone in the room brightens as they realize that Cash now has something good and potentially marketable. The performance results in a contract, in fulfillment of which Cash begins touring (as Johnny Cash and the Tennessee Two) with other young Sun artists. Among those he meets on the tour - along with Jerry Lee Lewis, Roy Orbison, Carl Perkins (no relation to Luther Perkins) and Elvis Presley - is June Carter, who performs as both a singer (although she claims to have no talent) and a comedienne.

Cash's career goes from strength to strength, he lived in a good house with a ranch, but the married is become a jail for John. He had an affair with June Carter, and he choose her to his tour and reguler performance at las vegas.

The erratic behaviour peaks one night when Cash invites June onstage to sing a duet. Cash suggests a love song ("Time's A Wastin'") which June recorded with her first husband Carl Smith (whom she has recently divorced). She feels uncomfortable performing it with Cash, but he ignores her protests and kisses her in the middle of the performance. She storms off the stage and they go their separate ways, despite Cash's protest that "it was only a song."

The tour is a great success (June is shown performing "Wildwood Flower" solo, and, with Cash, the hits "Jackson" and "It Ain't Me Babe"),During his customary "Hello, I'm Johnny Cash" opening, forgets the lyrics to the song "I Got Stripes," loses control of the microphone stand, kicks out the footlights, and ultimately passes out. The remainder of the tour is cancelled. The distraught June disposes of Cash's drugs and begins to write "Ring of Fire", describing her feelings for Cash and her pain at watching him descend into addiction.

On his way home, Cash travels to Mexico to purchase more drugs and is busted in El Paso, Texas. Cash's wife Vivian is not pleased, and between his substance abuse and her awareness of his interest in June, the tensions in Cash's marriage flare up when he tries to put up "pictures of my band" (most of which seem to be of June) at home over his wife's objections. After a final violent dispute, the pair separate and Cash moves to Nashville, where he shares living quarters with Waylon Jennings.

At the Folsom Prison concert Cash tells how he always admired prisoners, explaining that his brief prison stay after his drug bust really made him "feel like I'd seen a thing or two, you know?" But, he continues, he now realizes his experiences really can't compare because "I ain't never had to drink this yellow water you got here at Folsom!" Performing "Cocaine Blues" to great acclaim from the prisoners, the concert is a great success, and Cash embarks on a tour with June and his old band.

The concert features "Ring of Fire", for which Cash acknowledges June. He then persuades her to join him in a duet of "Jackson". In the middle of the song, Cash breaks off; June looks concerned. Cash explains that he "just can't sing this song anymore" unless she agrees to marry him. June is reluctant to give an answer, June tearfully agrees, and after a long embrace the scene fades to the deck of Cash's home in Hendersonville. Cash watches his father interact with Cash's daughter Rosanne and June's daughter Carlene. He jokes with his father, their tense relationship having apparently begun to heal. The final shot shows Cash continuing down the stairs to the pier, looking up, and meeting June's eyes where she is fishing with her father. They look at each other and Cash smiles and the frame freezes; the scene then changes to footage of the couple performing together, with brief biographical information about Johnny Cash and June Carter Cash superimposed over it.

Walk the Line is an acclaimed Academy Award and Golden Globe-winning film chronicling the life of Johnny Cash, American country singer, focusing on his younger life, his romance with June Carter and his ascent to the country music scene, with material taken from his autobiographies. The title is taken from the title of one of Cash's best known songs, "I Walk the Line".

This film was nominated for five Academy Awards including Best Actor (Joaquin Phoenix) and Best Actress (Reese Witherspoon). Witherspoon won the Oscar for Best Actress, the film's Oscar winner.

Not only will you believe he can fly, you'll also believe he can save a jumbo from fiery destruction, stare down a henchman armed with a mini-cannon, and survive a close encounter of the Kryptonite kind - just three of the spectacular set pieces Singer stages with the same breathless élan he displayed in his X-Men movies.

Variety magazine's critic said it was "grandly conceived, sensitively drawn [and] never self-consciously hip".

"It is sincere, with an artistic elegance and a genuine emotional investment in the material," he wrote.

The Hollywood Reporter, meanwhile, saluted "a heartfelt Superman movie that plays to a broad audience".

It's really touching when superman, with all of his power, try to save the world, from lex luthor, even his heart is crushing but he saved the lois lane family, from drowning accident. It's a lost love. It's a tough gentleman who has return.

But less action, most dramatic, like many hollywood movie style.

A big-budget sequel to the fans of The Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl.

But when 2003's Pirates was good, it danced; Johnny Depp played Capt. Jack Sparrow as a cross between Dean Martin and Errol Flynn, and Orlando Bloom and Keira Knightley gave us a nice balance of hot and heroic. This is why it's so sad to watch Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest -- a movie waterlogged and weighed down by plot devices and extraneous characters that's got all the sprightly grace of a man long drowned.

Dead Man's Chest starts with a bang, certainly -- with Bloom's Will Turner and Knightley's Elizabeth Swann both arrested for their complicity in helping Depp's Sparrow escape. But screenwriters Ted Elliott and Terry Rossio take that nice, tight bump of a start and lard it with invention after invention, and succeed in boring the audience absolutely. There are unique keys; drawing of said unique keys; magical compasses; signifying tumors; magic jars of earth; official letters; disembodied hearts... The script for this film groans beneath object after object, quest after quest, complication after complication . It's not that Dead Man's Chest peters out in the final act; it's that it peters out in the first five minutes, with writing misfire after writing misfire. When I say 'writing misfire,' I feel obligated to give an example, so here's just one: I actually checked my watch when we had Depp, Bloom and Knightley in the same location: One hour and forty-five minutes into a two-and-a-half-hour film, and the leads are finally sharing a scene.

Curse of the Black Pearl was wrapped in a certain amount of supernatural hugger-mugger, but Dead Man's Chest is, again, swathed in it until it's immobile -- right down to the bad guy, Davy Jones (Bill Nighy), a half-human, half-fish pirate buccaneer, who looks like the corporate logo of H.P. Lovecraft's estate started bottling a cheap rum cooler. Jones' heart itself is locked away in the title chest, and that gives Jones control of the Kraken -- a special-effects Leviathan that can crack a ship apart in its howling maw and grasping tentacles -- that bolsters Jones' crew of semi-human sea-creature pirates. This movie, wrapped every story, every legend in the pirates of the world, into some humourous movie, that will make u realize that is only the story about Capt. Jack Sparrow.

James Bond ( Casino Royale)

Casino Royale introduces James Bond before he holds his licence to kill. But Bond is no less dangerous, and with two professional assassinations in quick succession, he is elevated to '00' status. Bond's first 007 mission takes him to Madagascar where he is to spy on a terrorist, Mollaka (Sebastien Foucan). Not everything goes to plan and Bond decides to investigate, independently of MI6, in order to track down the rest of the terrorist cell. Following a lead to the Bahamas, he encounters Dimitrios (Simon Abkarian) and his girlfriend, Solange (Caterina Murino). He learns that Dimitrios is involved with Le Chiffre (Mads Mikkelsen), banker to the world's terrorist organizations. Secret Service intelligence reveals that Le Chiffre is planning to raise money in a high-stakes poker game in Montenegro at Le Casino Royale. MI6 assigns 007 to play against him, knowing that if Le Chiffre loses, it will destroy his organisation. 'M' (Judi Dench) places Bond under the watchful eye of the beguiling Vesper Lynd (Eva Green). At first skeptical of what value Vesper can provide, Bond's interest in her deepens as they brave danger together and even torture at the hands of Le Chiffre. In Montenegro, Bond allies himself with Mathis (Giancarlo Giannini) MI6's local field agent, and Felix Leiter (Jeffrey Wright) who is representing the interests of the CIA. The marathon game proceeds with dirty tricks and violence, raising the stakes beyond blood money and reaching a terrifying climax.

if you like weirdly sweet Mexican wrestling comedies this is the film for you,
Since the mid 90’s it feels like film makers have lost their grip on truly great weird comedy. Movies that speak to the few and turn off the rest. After the typical comedy movies, like American Pie, Scary Movies, National Lampoon, etc. When it seems like all hope is lost, a film like NACHO LIBRE comes along.
Somewhere in Mexico, a young priest named Nacho (Jack Black) longs to be recognized. He’s tired of serving the same bland food to the young boys in his charge. He’s tired of being disrespected by the other priests. He longs to be a luchadore (a Mexican wrestler), and to gain the affections of the stunning Sister Encarnación (Ana del la Regura). Then when all hope is lost he teams up with a new friend named Esquelta, and takes the Mexican wrestling world by storm. Will the orphan boys get better food? Will Nacho win the heart of Sister Encarnación? Will he lose everything he has, on a quest to become a great warrior? Giving this movie its due will provide those answers and more. The movie not perfect. It’s a little overlong and some of the jokes fall flat on their face. But there is an earnestness and a sweet gentility in the film that will win you over. You cannot enter this movie with the wrong attitude and if you don’t like weird movie its not for you. But if you let it entertain you and if you give into the fact that it really bizarre, it will work. You have to take every scene with grain of salt and logic must be thrown out the window.
